Follow the Money

"Follow the money" has been an old saying for awhile now , usually in reference to something illegal .However in todays world it should have a whole new meaning ,if would be experts like Bill Gates and financial experts have their way , there won't be any more money to follow as we will be in a cashless society. In this instance though it is more than just illegal activity , it is about the well being and survival of a few and the life styles they have become used to, and in so doing now believe it is their right to continue to do so at the cost of others. So let's get to it shall we and see where we end up , or end as a once free nation.

California drought; Great money maker

With severe cut backs ordered by the governor of California due to what is now going into 3 years of drought with no relief in sight , California farmers and ranchers are the most adversely affected due to not being able to plant and grow crops as well as feed for commercial sale for ranchers. No crops , higher food prices in the nation , no feed crops , less beef and poultry and pork in the super markets, all with higher prices. Banks are " allowing " those affected " to secure new loans so as to stay afloat in the desperate belief that things will get better , they won't. With higher food prices you've now increased your profit margin so mush so that food prices across the board has risen 35% in just a matter of a few months. Less beef , poultry , pork and dairy has been very lucrative for commercial food brokers and their share holders , why stop it now ? Share holders , usually Wall Street investors don't like bad quarterly reports. Why fix a problem , or cure an illness when you can milk it for more profit ? Pun intended. Now those in the upper 10% of the income bracket do not feel the pinch , it is everyday Susie home maker who bears the brunt of higher food prices in a bad economy, and it is bad regardless of President Obama's propaganda . More and more house holds are using money otherwise ear marked for things like health care , rent , utility bills , car insurance , and robbing Peter to pay Paul, The obesity problem isn't due to people being lazy , it is due to people eating more fat producing foods as that is all they can afford, it's either that or go hungry. Planning well balanced meals that are nutritional and healthy on a part time minimum wage job is impossible , try it , it can't be done. Parents are considered bad parents if their child is obese and in some states have child protective services threaten them as this is deemed child abuse, so what are the options ? Let the child go hungry ? Of course not. We are now at the stage where more people are going hungry because food prices have gotten so out of hand it's either feed my children or don't pay a bill, and if your 20 year old car needs repaired just to make it to your part time minimum wage job your in serious trouble. With the majority of Americans paying upwards and over 50% of their net income for housing there is almost next to nothing to live on. Agenda 21 is United nations generated and should scare the hell out of people, one of it's main components is to depopulate and relocate people, what better way to depopulate than starve those " unnecessary " to death ? As for the ongoing drought situation you have HARPP manipulating the weather , Global Climate change due to carbon emissions , and the redirection and damming of our natural water ways all for the serious profit of a select few. Follow the money.

Great Job Market; If your not an American

More and more companies are replacing Americans who have had long term employment with H1-B1 employees and since those visa's are now used up due to the vast influx of " cheaper " labor they are now using H1-B2. The area first and most severely affected is the IT/Data industry, and to add insult to injury those being displaced have to train their replacements to do what was once their " secure " employment. Now this has even reached such places as Disney, pretty soon Mickey Mouse may have a Hindu or Spanish accent. C.E.O.'s claim that it enables them to be competitive and stay viable . Competitive with who ? Viable ? Viable translates to corporate greed in that the life style they want to keep means you lose your job for someone who is willing to do it cheaper and not complain about labor law violations. Viable translates to share holders , again Wall Street investors want an increase in bottom line profits and better quarterly reports at any and all costs. J.C. Penny , Sears , and host of others now only have employees who work strictly by commission , no sales no income , don't produce a high number of sales and you are terminated. Americans love to make deals and get the best bang for the buck, who doesn't. Now on line retailers are taking the place of actual physical shopping outlets at lower costs , on the surface that's great , except. If your order is wrong you are now dealing with a customer service that is " outsourced " literally out of the United States, again removing jobs that are badly needed here in the U.S., trying to get a refund or at the very least an exchange for the correct item is neigh impossible. This year alone in 2015 6000 major retail outlets are either closing down numerous stores or closing their doors altogether. Now again in this economy your going to have at the very least 10,000 plus minimum wage or commissioned employees out of a job trying to survive and support families, great job market.

Inflation or deflation - Your money isn't yours

Referring to a cashless society, banks want to now charge fees for depositing money into accounts , charging fees for money sitting in accounts , continue to charge fees for with drawing money from your account , basically anything and everything. If you use a teller , there is a fee, if you with draw $2000.00 or more a S.A.R. ( suspicious activity report ) is sent to DHS, the F.B.I. and the U.S. Attorneys office , why ? To protect you from terrorists. If you deposit $10,000.00 cash in a short period of time to your business account , again your  going to get on a list but your account is seized until you prove your not a terrorist or drug dealer or cartel member and a host of other would be dangers to the public at large , after all it is for your own protection. Wall Street Bankers now have an additional safety net thanks to President Obama , if a bank is in danger of going under they can now take a customers money in their account to prevent that , without the protection of F.D.I.C., meaning you just bailed out your bank and don't get your money back. Follow the money. The majority of banks are not American owned , in fact they are now international corporations that answer to no one , not even those agencies tasked with preventing and investigating corruption. In the Obama administration you have nothing to fear, unless you didn't pay off those you were supposed to so as to conduct your illicit activities, those very few who do become the dog and pony show receive basically a slap on the wrist and go right back to their cronies and praised for not informing on their cohorts, or end up dead in a mysterious single car crash , or suicide with no note. By doing a general search of the multi-millionaires and multi-Billionaires and what companies they own or have controlling interest , it is mind boggling. Follow the money. They either didn't pay taxes like George Sorros , sent their money to off shore accounts , or have massive " tax breaks " not available to everyday citizens. Now if you owe the I.R.S. say a $1,000.00 , they will move heaven and earth to collect it , including taking your bank account , garnishing your wages and putting you in jail. Yet those in the banking industry and Wall Street investing are immune from this same treatment . Demand that laws be applied equally and you unleash a severe hornets nest and are attacked personally and continually harassed. Follow the money because it is not now yours, what is ironic and should be noted , those that are elitist wealthy , is only on paper and that paper has no value and its absolutely worthless as it has nothing to back it.

Follow The Money;

There is no money , Janet Yellen has had so much printed to try and support an economy that has tried to auto-correct if you will , but elitists has prevented that at every turn. Allowing Wall Street to conduct business as usual and bankers to continue to literally rape the public at large, all with President Obamas approval and blessing. After all it has made him a millionaire several times over. We are now in the same position as Germany's Weimar Republic from 1918 to 1933 when Adolf Hitler took absolute control with his totalitarianism form of governing, but inflation isn't rampant you say. The 20 dollar bill is now the new 5 dollar bill. We have totalitarianism as a government as it is now run and controlled by Wall Street Bankers and investors , step out of line and you will be quickly either put back in line , jailed on some trumped up charge , or out right executed . Our money is so bad nobody wants it anymore , governments across the globe are divesting themselves of it as a reserve currency , looking to President Putin and his Brics bank for another source of reserve currency that governments want to use to conduct business. An immediate and direct threat to Wall Street and those who control it , follow the money. History if nothing else has shown us all empires come to an end , we as Americans need to rethink where we are and how we got here, for after all we have followed in the same exact foot steps as the Roman Empire and Nazi Germany, look at how and why they ended , Follow the money.

It's for your own good

It would appear and seem that adult American's need to be guided and led by politicians in Washington D.C.as we have become errant children , and as such we no longer have the ability to know or determine what is best for us and what is in our best interest. Those whom we have elected to serve at the will of the people and to represent what we want and don't have indeed taken it upon themselves to ignore the citizens of this country , as well as The Bill Of Rights and The constitution.
Now bear in mind that it is always for own best interest and for own good , and my personal favorite , for own protection , that these wise and illuminated politicians are devolving the United States into tyranny. Let's start at the beginning and see where we as a nation have ended up.

Elections: 1 person , 1 vote.
That is how this country was started as to the will and wants of the people , we elected officials by popular vote of the majority as to who best represented our opinions and beliefs. If that duly elected person did not comply with the will and desire of the majority the answer was simple , the individual was not re-elected and we moved on to the one whom we thought was better suited by majority popular vote. Now we have an " Electoral College " who answers to no one but big business and corporations ignoring the majority popular vote , in essence , you have the money you can buy your politician into office. The electoral system is now so corrupt that even those governments we deem oppressive and tyrannical are laughing at the hypocrisy being spouted by current politicians, and deservedly justified in doing so. The amount of money spent on elections is so astronomical it is criminal and yet protected by laws enacted by those same politicians who violate the basic tenets of our founding laws and restrictions established by our freedom loving founding fathers. What adds insult to injury , these crimes are upheld and protected by political appointees to the U.S. Supreme court who are supposed to protect our Constitution and bill of rights. Look at current politicians and who donated how much money to their being elected into office , there was once a limit on how much an individual or corporation could donate , however the restrictions have been removed by the politicians themselves and again protected by the highest court in the land.

Freedom Of Speech- Freedom Of The Press : Not any more

If you speak out against corrupt politicians you become immediately " a person of interest " to law enforcement as you may have a background or something to hide. If you are a main stream news reporter your story has to be approved by a federal agency to insure that it is what the government wants to be reported on and how. Forget about truth and facts , if you report the truth or actual facts you are either  smeared publicly or you are charged with some of crime for violating some obscure national security law. Then there is the NSA who has no qualms about hacking into news agencies reporters computers , after which comes the threats of criminal charges .You only have the right to Freedom Of Speech in designated " Free Speech Zones " as long as you have a permit  and as long as it is approved subject matter and not critical of any government official or policy. I missed the part in The Constitution and Bill Of Rights where our founding fathers wrote that into the " exceptions " clause to freedom of speech. In the last 2 years there have been numerous deaths of reporters , independent and main stream who were literally going to blow the whistle on government activities or had already done so. From single car accidents where the air bag didn't deploy to murder- suicide of the reporter's family and then his or herself to outright suicide, all with no witnesses either in the late hours of the dark of night to broad daylight with people around and still no witnesses. Then there is movie and film makers , remember " The Gray " state director was found dead with his family after being dead for 3 weeks in the middle of winter. What is interesting about the " murder/suicide was the fact that there were no stock pile of news papers and the delivery had not been canceled, there was no over flowing of mail in the mail box, no one had been asked to collect the mail by any family member. What I'm really curious about is who shoveled a 2 car drive way , the side walks all around the house after all the snow fall ? Now if your in " Alternative " news media you have a new set of issues, I.E. Your a tin foil hat wearer , your a nut job , your an extremist either far left or far right. Examples : Matt Drudge , Glen Greenwald , Zero Hedge and of course Alex Jones of Info wars. It is also putting yourself directly in harms way of the U.S. government and all it's law enforcement agencies. Freedom of speech is at your own risk.

Right to due process: Fallacy

If you are suspected of having committed some offense those law enforcement agencies are required to appear before a judge and present " Probable Cause " with " Prima Fascia " evidence for either a search warrant or a warrant for arrest , not a " we think he/she did it and want to look. " " Terry " stops were ruled illegal long ago by again our highest court in the land and yet continues today with New York city being the biggest violator with their " stop and frisk " policies. Which by the way federal courts and the Supreme court ruled illegal, so how does this happen and continue to go on ? " A person has the right to secure in their person , papers and property " seems to have been forgotten by those wearing badges and robes. Police now are able to write their own warrants WITHOUT a judge, or cause , no knock warrants have seen innocent people and children killed when police have gone to the wrong house , an innocent black man was killed by police in a Wal-Mart in Ohio when a white man who didn't like seeing him carrying a BB gun called 911 to " report a suspicious black male carrying a gun. The NDAA or The National Defense Authorization Act as well as The Patriot Act is in direct violation of everything that is in The Bill Of Rights and The Constitution. Police are very rarely called to account when they have violated a citizens right and out right committed criminal acts under the color of authority, and when someone now appears with audio and video of police committing the crimes and violations they get harassed by fellow cops to send a message. That message being " shut up or your next. " The militarization of local police is nothing more than a means to keep people in line with government orders, step out of line and you are either arrested or out right executed in the street. Those few who are " brought to justice " are rarely convicted even with over whelming evidence with the standard line of " I was in fear of my life. " The primary excuse for all of this is of course there are terrorist behind every bush and common every day citizens need to be watched and controlled because if they have a free thought or stand up for their rights then they have to be criminals and squirreled away to a facility and some are black site facilities where torture is used to get a confession , and there is more than just the one in Chicago. Here is what should really keep your attention in my opinion , many police agencies across the country are trying to get laws passed making it illegal to video cops when they stop someone or are kicking in a door , remember , if your not doing anything wrong you have nothing to worry about.

The right to keep and bear arms: Oh Hell No

In 1937 congress passed the violent criminal act prohibiting violent criminals from owning fire arms, of course at the time it seemed reasonable. Gang land violence due to the depression , known gangsters like Al Capone , baby face Nelson , Bonnie and Clyde and of course machine gun Kelly. That began the slippery slope of rights being eroded and the American public tired of common gun battles in broad daylight had enough and wanted it ended and rightly so. I refer again to the Constitution ; The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed upon. In ye Olde Europe after the advent of the first black powder rifles and pistols there were " highway men " who robbed travelers of their purse and jewelry , some even committed murder for which they paid the ultimate price. Then as fire arms developed you have outlaw gangs who robbed stage coaches and trains as well as banks. They were either killed by posses , hung or sent to prison but when released they could once again own and carry a six shooter and rifle . Now I don't want to see someone who is mentally unstable with a fire arm as that is literally a nightmare waiting to happen , however the definition of mentally unstable has become so wide spread you dare not show any type of emotion or else law enforcement says you have to have your guns taken away for good. Did a loved one pass away and you were grieving and mourning so you went to a therapist ? Your mentally unfit to own a gun. Your going thru a divorce and are angry and depressed , your mentally unfit. Are you a prepper ? You are absolutely unfit AND a threat to national security. Are you a veteran who served in actual combat ? You got it, not only are you unfit and a national security threat but should be under observation at all times. The party line with politicians in a large number are trying to advocate the confiscation of ALL fire arms from the citizens of this country and is the main objective of again big business and corporations ( big surprise there ) as well as the goal of the United nations . Every tyrant who lived had to disarm the people so as to insure only their forces had weapons thereby able to enslave the people. With economic disparity so wide and ever dwindling resources those who are used to luxury are now fearful of mass uprisings equal to or in proportion to the French revolution are directly involved in attempting for disarmament of the populace while increasing the arming and weaponizing  local police agencies. When the monetary and economic collapse occurs police departments are going to be overwhelmed and unable to control the populations of large cities even with the aid of U.S. military forces who are even now training for such an event. If you don't have a gun get one , if you don't know how to shoot , learn , if you are afraid of guns or are going to rely on the government please by all means enjoy the F.E.M.A. camps which are already fully manned. It should be well noted that those Sheriff's and Police Chiefs who refuse to comply with illegal federal mandates are getting harassed and being pressured by federal agencies to be removed from office, The Sheriff is the highest law enforcement official in any county in the United States , fact check The Constitution as well your local departments to see where your officials stand on The Constitution before it's to late.

Cop Culture

This was written by Tyler Durden of ZeroHedge.com, it needs to be read and passed on to friends and families.

Police officers are more likely to be struck by lightning than be held financially accountable for their actions.—Law professor Joanna C. Schwartz (paraphrased)
“In a democratic society,” observed Oakland police chief Sean Whent, “people have a say in how they are policed.”
Unfortunately, if you can be kicked, punched, tasered, shot, intimidated, harassed, stripped, searched, brutalized, terrorized, wrongfully arrested, and even killed by a police officer, and that officer is never held accountable for violating your rights and his oath of office to serve and protect, never forced to make amends, never told that what he did was wrong, and never made to change his modus operandi, then you don’t live in a constitutional republic.
You live in a police state.
It doesn’t even matter that “crime is at historic lows and most cities are safer than they have been in generations, for residents and officers alike,” as the New York Times reports.
What matters is whether you’re going to make it through a police confrontation alive and with your health and freedoms intact. For a growing number of Americans, those confrontations do not end well.
As David O. Brown, the Dallas chief of police, noted: “Sometimes it seems like our young officers want to get into an athletic event with people they want to arrest. They have a ‘don’t retreat’ mentality. They feel like they’re warriors and they can’t back down when someone is running from them, no matter how minor the underlying crime is.”
Making matters worse, in the cop culture that is America today, the Bill of Rights doesn’t amount to much. Unless, that is, it’s the Law Enforcement Officers’ Bill of Rights (LEOBoR), which protects police officers from being subjected to the kinds of debilitating indignities heaped upon the average citizen.
Most Americans, oblivious about their own rights, aren’t even aware that police officers have their own Bill of Rights. Yet at the same time that our own protections against government abuses have been reduced to little more than historic window dressing, 14 states have already adopted LEOBoRs—written by police unions and being considered by many more states and Congress—which provides police officers accused of a crime with special due process rights and privileges not afforded to the average citizen.
In other words, the LEOBoR protects police officers from being treated as we are treated during criminal investigations: questioned unmercifully for hours on end, harassed, harangued, browbeaten, denied food, water and bathroom breaks, subjected to hostile interrogations, and left in the dark about our accusers and any charges and evidence against us.
Not only are officers given a 10-day “cooling-off period during which they cannot be forced to make any statements about the incident, but when they are questioned, it must be “for a reasonable length of time, at a reasonable hour, by only one or two investigators (who must be fellow policemen), and with plenty of breaks for food and water.”
According to investigative journalist Eli Hager, the most common rights afforded police officers accused of wrongdoing are as follows:
  • If a department decides to pursue a complaint against an officer, the department must notify the officer and his union.
  • The officer must be informed of the complainants, and their testimony against him, before he is questioned.
  • During questioning, investigators may not harass, threaten, or promise rewards to the officer, as interrogators not infrequently do to civilian suspects.
  • Bathroom breaks are assured during questioning.
  • In Maryland, the officer may appeal his case to a “hearing board,” whose decision is binding, before a final decision has been made by his superiors about his discipline. The hearing board consists of three of the suspected offender’s fellow officers.
  • In some jurisdictions, the officer may not be disciplined if more than a certain number of days (often 100) have passed since his alleged misconduct, which limits the time for investigation.
  • Even if the officer is suspended, the department must continue to pay salary and benefits, as well as the cost of the officer’s attorney.
It’s a pretty sweet deal if you can get it, I suppose: protection from the courts, immunity from wrongdoing, paid leave while you’re under investigation, and the assurance that you won’t have to spend a dime of your own money in your defense. And yet these LEOBoR epitomize everything that is wrong with America today.
Once in a while, the system appears to work on the side of justice, and police officers engaged in wrongdoing are actually charged for abusing their authority and using excessive force against American citizens.
Yet even in these instances, it’s still the American taxpayer who foots the bill.
For example, Baltimore taxpayers have paid roughly $5.7 million since 2011 over lawsuits stemming from police abuses, with an additional $5.8 million going towards legal fees. If the six Baltimore police officers charged with the death of Freddie Gray are convicted, you can rest assured it will be the Baltimore taxpayers who feel the pinch.
New York taxpayers have shelled out almost $1,130 per year per police officer (there are 34,500 officers in the NYPD) to address charges of misconduct. That translates to $38 million every year just to clean up after these so-called public servants.
Over a 10-year-period, Oakland, Calif., taxpayers were made to cough up more than $57 million (curiously enough, the same amount as the city’s deficit back in 2011) in order to settle accounts with alleged victims of police abuse.
Chicago taxpayers were asked to pay out nearly $33 million on one day alone to victims of police misconduct, with one person slated to receive $22.5 million, potentially the largest single amount settled on any one victim. The City has paid more than half a billion dollars to victims over the course of a decade. The Chicago City Council actually had to borrow $100 million just to pay off lawsuits arising over police misconduct in 2013. The city’s payout for 2014 was estimated to be in the same ballpark, especially with cases pending such as the one involving the man who was reportedly sodomized by a police officer’s gun in order to force him to “cooperate.”
Over 78% of the funds paid out by Denver taxpayers over the course of a decade arose as a result of alleged abuse or excessive use of force by the Denver police and sheriff departments. Meanwhile, taxpayers in Ferguson, Missouri, are being asked to pay $40 million in compensation—more than the city’s entire budget—for police officers treating them “‘as if they were war combatants,’ using tactics like beating, rubber bullets, pepper spray, and stun grenades, while the plaintiffs were peacefully protesting, sitting in a McDonalds, and in one case walking down the street to visit relatives.”
That’s just a small sampling of the most egregious payouts, but just about every community—large and small—feels the pinch when it comes to compensating victims who have been subjected to deadly or excessive force by police.
The ones who rarely ever feel the pinch are the officers accused or convicted of wrongdoing, “even if they are disciplined or terminated by their department, criminally prosecuted, or even imprisoned.” Indeed, a study published in the NYU Law Review reveals that 99.8% of the monies paid in settlements and judgments in police misconduct cases never come out of the officers’ own pockets, even when state laws require them to be held liable. Moreover, these officers rarely ever have to pay for their own legal defense.
For instance, law professor Joanna C. Schwartz references a case in which three Denver police officers chased and then beat a 16-year-old boy, stomping “on the boy’s back while using a fence for leverage, breaking his ribs and causing him to suffer kidney damage and a lacerated liver.” The cost to Denver taxpayers to settle the lawsuit: $885,000. The amount the officers contributed: 0.
Kathryn Johnston, 92 years old, was shot and killed during a SWAT team raid that went awry. Attempting to cover their backs, the officers falsely claimed Johnston’s home was the site of a cocaine sale and went so far as to plant marijuana in the house to support their claim. The cost to Atlanta taxpayers to settle the lawsuit: $4.9 million. The amount the officers contributed: 0.
Meanwhile, in Albuquerque, a police officer was convicted of raping a woman in his police car, in addition to sexually assaulting four other women and girls, physically abusing two additional women, and kidnapping or falsely imprisoning five men and boys. The cost to the Albuquerque taxpayers to settle the lawsuit: $1,000,000. The amount the officer contributed: 0.
Human Rights Watch notes that taxpayers actually pay three times for officers who repeatedly commit abuses: “once to cover their salaries while they commit abuses; next to pay settlements or civil jury awards against officers; and a third time through payments into police ‘defense’ funds provided by the cities.”
Still, the number of times a police officer is actually held accountable for wrongdoing while on the job is miniscule compared to the number of times cops are allowed to walk away with little more than a slap on the wrist.
A large part of the problem can be chalked up to influential police unions and laws providing for qualified immunity, not to mention these Law Enforcement Officers’ Bill of Rights laws, which allow officers to walk away without paying a dime for their wrongdoing.
Another part of the problem is rampant cronyism among government bureaucrats: those deciding whether a police officer should be immune from having to personally pay for misbehavior on the job all belong to the same system, all with a vested interest in protecting the police and their infamous code of silence: city and county attorneys, police commissioners, city councils and judges.
Most of all, what we’re dealing with is systemic corruption that protects wrongdoing and recasts it in a noble light. However, there is nothing noble about government agents who kick, punch, shoot and kill defenseless individuals. There is nothing just about police officers rendered largely immune from prosecution for wrongdoing. There is nothing democratic about the word of a government agent being given greater weight in court than that of the average citizen. And no good can come about when the average citizen has no real means of defense against a system that is weighted in favor of government bureaucrats.
So if you want a recipe for disaster, this is it: Take police cadets, train them in the ways of war, dress and equip them for battle, teach them to see the people they serve not as human beings but as suspects and enemies, and then indoctrinate them into believing that their main priority is to make it home alive at any cost. While you’re at it, spend more time drilling them on how to use a gun (58 hours) and employ defensive tactics (49 hours) than on how to calm a situation before resorting to force (8 hours).
Then, once they’re hyped up on their own authority and the power of the badge and their gun, throw in a few court rulings suggesting that security takes precedence over individual rights, set it against a backdrop of endless wars and militarized law enforcement, and then add to the mix a populace distracted by entertainment, out of touch with the workings of their government, and more inclined to let a few sorry souls suffer injustice than challenge the status quo or appear unpatriotic.
That’s not to discount the many honorable police officers working thankless jobs across the country in order to serve and protect their fellow citizens, but there can be no denying that, as journalist Michael Daly acknowledges, there is a troublesome “cop culture that tends to dehumanize or at least objectify suspected lawbreakers of whatever race. The instant you are deemed a candidate for arrest, you become not so much a person as a ‘perp.’”
Older cops are equally troubled by this shift in how police are being trained to view Americans—as things, not people. Daly had a veteran police officer join him to review the video footage of 43-year-old Eric Garner crying out and struggling to breathe as cops held him in a chokehold. (In yet another example of how the legal system and the police protect their own, no police officers were charged for Garner’s death.) Daly describes the veteran officer’s reaction to the footage, which as Daly points out, “constitutes a moral indictment not so much of what the police did but of what the police did not do”:
“I don’t see anyone in that video saying, ‘Look, we got to ease up,’” says the veteran officer. “Where’s the human side of you in that you’ve got a guy saying, ‘I can’t breathe?’” The veteran officer goes on, “Somebody needs to say, ‘Stop it!’ That’s what’s missing here was a voice of reason. The only voice we’re hearing is of Eric Garner.” The veteran officer believes Garner might have survived had anybody heeded his pleas. “He could have had a chance,” says the officer, who is black. “But you got to believe he’s a human being first. A human being saying, ‘I can’t breathe.’”
As I point out in my new book Battlefield America: The War on the American Peoplewhen all is said and done, the various problems we’re facing today—militarized police, police shootings of unarmed people, the electronic concentration camp being erected around us, SWAT team raids, etc.—can be attributed to the fact that our government and its agents have ceased to see us as humans first.
Then again, perhaps we are just as much to blame for this sorry state of affairs. After all, if we want to be treated like human beings—with dignity and worth—then we need to start treating those around us in the same manner. As Martin Luther King Jr. warned in a speech given exactly one year to the day before he was killed: “We must rapidly begin the shift from a thing-oriented’ society to a ‘person-oriented’ society. When machines and computers, profit motives and property rights are considered more important than people, the giant triplets of racism, materialism, and militarism are incapable of being conquered.”

Survival Preparedness

Is anyone safe ?

The NSA , FBI, Homeland security , TSA, and police departments are all being loaded with high end technology to be able to eavesdrop on citizens , cameras are every where watching everything we  do , even the most mundane like grocery shopping , and to what end ? Phone calls recorded , e mails read and passed on , our kids being asked to be in home spies on parents and neighbors , from what shows are being watched to what politics are being discussed. Again to what end ?

The federal government has established protocols for immediate arrest and removal for those who they deem as a threat , wisked away in the dead of night under the cover of darkness , but again to what end ? History has shown us that tyrants operate this way to remove those thinkers who could stop them and awaken people to what the real danger is and that it's coming for them, teachers , lawyers , doctors , professors and free thinkers . So who is safe ?

the police is now a stand alone Army in our very streets and if you have the nerve to raise the issue of your protected rights that were fought for and hard won YOU WILL be arrested for disorderly conduct to not OBEYING a police officer, OBEYING ? Since when do we as a free people and nation HAVE to OBEY those who work for us at our will and discretion ? If you question the actions of these militarized cops you have the very real risk of being beaten if not out right gunned down , and these government bots have no remorse and actually believe they are above the law and our masters, so who is safe ?

The current administration has issued innumerable executive orders allowing a once respected occupation to be nothing more than a corrupt occupation force in our streets and towns to enforce heavy handed orders to the common citizen, a college professor beaten and rights violated for crossing the street " illegally " , stop and frisk for being out to late , stop and search for being in the wrong neighborhood and being the wrong color , money taken from citizens under asset forfeiture because " no one carries that much money " , the amount being $2000.00.

The federal government has had the mental health administration and field reclassify mental illnesses so as to further their agenda such as : if you have more than seven days of stored and food and water you have a mental illness , if you disagree with the policies of President Obama you have a mental illness , if your any kind of prepper or choose to live green you have a mental illness , also if you live off grid not connected to public utilities you are in most states committing a crime. So again who is safe ?

The government has come up with " Operation BOA" they get rounded up first at 0300 hours , no charges , no lawyers , no rights . These are the intellectuals who can awaken the mind and make people aware of the very real danger of government abuse of power, an educated person is always dangerous to a tyrant for they can spread ideas and ideas are dangerous to dictators because once they've taken root they cannot be destroyed, like the idea of FREEDOM. So who is safe ?

Reality

There has been a lot happening since my last post , life tends to get in the way when you don't have a addiction to the internet. So let me start by saying that life here in the United States has taken some very interesting turns , some subtle and some not so subtle twists. Of course many people rely solely on main stream media for information whether by television , internet or good old newspapers. Then there are the nut jobs , fruit cakes , crazies and tin foil hat wearers who use alternate media sources, like me.

Lets start with Jade Helm 15 , the military doing "exercises " in several states in preparation for possible action in other countries. O.K. sounds reasonable , until you look at it really close. There are several installations that were built and are used for that very purpose , but we are expected to believe this is all innocent. Blending in local civilian populations to try and gather information , blending to try and garner how much actual resistance there could be , gathering weapons capabilities and strength in numbers. Gathering names of leaders of groups who will most likely rally fighters and be leaders of resistance groups , how many are in those groups , how they communicate , where they train and how often. Again this is only a training exercise , however it's against Americans and on American soil. After all, how well will a U.S. Military soldier blend in say in the mid-east or the tropics ?

Next is the economy that is thriving and doing so well , after all Wall Street and The Federal reserve as well as the Central Bankers would not lie to main street U.S.A. would they ? Stocks are so over inflated that even Janet Yellen has had to finally come out and state the obvious , stocks are over valued. There is no real backing to these sky high stocks and bonds , meaning that when it's realized it's all just paper and worthless and there is no gold or any value to it the curtain of fallacy is ripped away and the economic lie is revealed. The white house and the Fed as well as Bankers are doing their best to propagate the lie , Wall Street is actually in fear of the masses waking up and actually rising up in revolt. Why else would 500 plus C.E.O.'s already be bugging out or have put plans in motion to retire and bug out ?  Here are 2 article's that not only name name's but cover it very well and there are a host of msm outlets with the same information;  http://www.scribd.com/doc/264049330/The-Exodus-Has-Begun-CEO-s-Are-Bugging-Out#scribd

http://investmentwatchblog.com/ceos-bugging-out-more-than-five-hundred-chief-executives-leaving-before-collapse/

So any reasonable person of sound mind has to at least ask , what do they know that we don't ? So now we have active military operating on U.S. soil and C.E.O.'s bugging out , not suspicious at all.

Moving on we have to have a discussion about " race " relations , by all means yes lets do discuss it. If your a drug dealer , a car thief , any type of criminal you are going to get caught , law of averages is against you regardless of color. If your in a known high crime area late at night expect to be confronted by the police , again regardless of color. The term thugs IS not the new word for nigger , yes I said nigger not the politically correct abbreviation " N word " Remember everybody is screaming for a " open " discussion and to do that is not politically correct or glossed over, you don't get it both ways. There are just as many white thugs , Latino thugs, Asian thugs as well as black thugs, it is not a race issue it's a parent issue. Whip that kids ass and child services be damned ! Little Johnny and little Susie talking back and cussing their parents flies in the face of moral character , child services will punish parents who do try to correct their kids . Look at Peterson of the Vikings. Did he beat his kid ? No. Did he put his kid in the hospital with broken bones ? No. Did he spank his little butt for bad behavior ? Yes and it cost him his job. If you liberals and democrats don't like to see kids get their butts whipped , not abused but good old fashioned spanking , DO NOT GO SOUTH ! South of the mason dixion line we whip out kids asses.

Moving on to protesters in the U.S , this ties in with race relations discussion everyone says they want but won't be honest about. We as a people have the right to redress , after all we are a free people and a free nation and our elected official's work for us . Or do they ? On May 4th 1970 4 college kids were killed by Ohio national Guardsmen for protesting , no moltav cocktails, no bottles being thrown, no bricks or rocks being thrown and no looting or cars set on fire. Just marching and chanting. They were protesting , not looting and there is a difference. Are blacks treated differently than whites when confronted by police ? Yes . Why ? Look at actions and locations, but is this fair or right ? No , people are presumed innocent until proven guilty, or at least their supposed to be. The courts are 98% of the time going to side with a cop , they are considered a professional witness and trained to do so. Recently 4 N.Y. state parole officers were stopped by cops because someone called 911 to report 4 large people wearing bullet proof vests , no mention of color was mentioned in that 911 call. Where this goes south is that when the police responded they did not stop their actions once the parole officers identified themselves with their badges which were in plain sight and their state issued I.D.'s, in that regard the cops were wrong. Investigating and confirming identification was not.
In any country , any race , there is and always will be racism. Those ethnic leaders of all races can do something about that , either positive or negative, the choice is up to the individual person as to how they respond.

So let's recap , we have military exercise's on U.S. soil , we have fortune 500 C.E.O.'s bugging out , we have a bad economy which includes no jobs and for the blue collar worker barely able to afford a home and not be homeless. We have rouge cops , not all cops are rouge or bad by the way. We have racism and we have government official's lying thru their teeth to the public at large. Let's not forget that main stream media is without a doubt under white house control , report something negative or the government doesn't like and your either arrested or you lose your job, and riots across the nation.
This is all leading up martial law and tyranny , the push for a militarized police force is getting stronger , even Al Sharpton is pushing for it. So if you think it's bad now it can only get worse , the economic structure world wide will collapse , it is inevitable , there are severe crop shortages due to weather and man made causes , we are on the brink of another world war and the ultra rich are already running to their bug out locations. This is the reality of the United States of America.
